Our EAP vendor, Concern, has prepared a Special Wildfire Newsletter devoted to helping employees and their family members prepare for the California Wildfire season. The newsletter is also posted on the Concern website. Concern is available to help 24 hours a day every day. Anthem: Help for members impacted by wildfires and extreme heat in California

Anthem will help you find and receive care when you need it during a crisis. Please call 833-285-4030 if you need assistance.

Between August 18, 2020 and September 17, 2020, Anthem has made changes for members who live in Sonoma, Napa, Monterey and Nevada counties in California who must temporarily leave their homes due to the wildfires. The changes also apply to members who live anywhere in California and are displaced by emergency. Complete details are available here.
