Policy Against Unlawful Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation

In order to advance one of the University’s fundamental values, creating a culture of service that respects and promotes the dignity of every person, and in order to assist the University in its efforts for compliance with the mandate of law, the University has developed a Policy Against Unlawful Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation to prohibit all forms of unlawful harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in the course of any University educational and employment activity. This policy was formerly known as the Preventing Sexual and Other Unlawful Harassment (PSOUH) policy and currently known as Anti-Harassment in Everfi.

Anti-Harassment Training

University policy requires that full-time and part-time faculty and staff complete anti-harassment training within the first three months after their date of hire and every two years thereafter. Notifications for completing the course are sent via email from our vendor Everfi; courses are taken online.

Contact Mara Krasts to reconcile your record if you have recently completed a two-hour California compliant training program offsite and/or if you have questions about the USF required training.

You will receive an email directly from our vendor Everfi notifying you when you are due to complete or renew your anti-harassment training. Use your USF credentials to sign into the Everfi platform.

If you experience technical issues, contact the vendor’s customer support by calling (844) 348-1616 or visiting support.everfi.com.
