Policy Against Unlawful Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation
In order to advance one of the University’s fundamental values, creating a culture of service that respects and promotes the dignity of every person, and in order to assist the University in its efforts for compliance with the mandate of law, the University has developed a Policy Against Unlawful Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation to prohibit all forms of unlawful harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in the course of any University educational and employment activity. This policy was formerly known as the Preventing Sexual and Other Unlawful Harassment (PSOUH) policy and currently known as Anti-Harassment in Workday Learning.
Anti-Harassment Training
University policy requires that full-time and part-time faculty and staff complete anti-harassment training within 30 days of their date of hire and every two years thereafter. Training may be accessed here
