Office Hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 4:00pm

ISSS is closed on University holidays, but is open otherwise during the summer and other extended vacation periods.

Make an appointment with an immigration advisor

Appointments are 20 minutes long and should be made if your situation requires an extended conversation. Note that all appointments will be held virtually via Zoom. If you would like to request an in-person appointment, please reach out to your ISSS advisor, listed on the ISSS staff page. 

Appointments are recommended for the following reasons:

• Change of Status
• Reduced Course Load (for medical or academic reasons)
• Leave of Absence
• Personal Issues
• Withdraw
