Global Immersions
Global Immersions provide students with an immersive learning experience outside the classroom. Through hands-on and experiential learning led by USF faculty members and staff, we empower students to engage in new cultures, environments, and ideas, while fostering community and self-reflection. The recent experience of an undergraduate student in Taiwan embodies these goals.
Students will experience cultures and environments designed to challenge and inspire. The programs expand academic and personal horizons, pushing students to explore new perspectives and ideas. Read how graduate students describe their global learning experiences.
Global Immersions will not only broaden student's worldview but also ignite a passion for lifelong learning. Students ready to embark on a journey of growth, understanding, and connection should check out the Current International Opportunities and University Ministry programs.
Students are responsible for immersion fees including tuition, program fees, travel and personal expenses (flights, housing, meals, visa, supplemental health insurance, etc.). Limited financial assistance is available for eligible students. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss.
