How to Schedule an Academic Skills Coaching (ASC) Appointment

Log in to myUSF (myusf.usfca.edu) with your student account and select MyApps from the dropdown menu in the top right corner.
Select “Tutoring” from the myUSF Launchpad.
From the myUSF Launchpad, the screen will redirect to your Student Appointment Dashboard, which lists your current courses. Select “Request an Appointment” in the top right corner of your screen.
Select the Learning, Writing, and Speaking Centers tab.
Select “Subject Tutoring/Academic Skills Coaching”
Select “Academic Skills Coaching” from the dropdown menu, and continue on to select your preferred meeting type (in person or online/video).
Click a date within the calendar (highlighted in dark green) to view the days/times Academic Skills Coaches are available for appointments.
After selecting your preferred date and time, continue on to fill out the form below. Fill out the necessary discussion topic(s), your preferred phone number, any additional notes you would like your coach to know, and information on how you heard about ASC.
Finalize by clicking the “Request an Appointment” button.
Your Academic Skills Coaching appointment should now appear as confirmed within your Student Appointment Dashboard.
