Free Flu Shots

Wednesday, Oct. 7 | 10 a.m.–2 p.m. | Lone Mountain 100

No appointment is necessary, but we ask for an RSVP to help us estimate how many doses we will need.

Flu shots will be administered in your upper arm. Please wear a short-sleeved shirt, as changing areas will not be available.
Flu shots will be provided by Costco.

Don't Forget to Register New Hires for Their Benefits Orientations!

New benefits-eligible staff and FT faculty must enroll in their benefits within 30 calendar days of their hire dates.

2026 Service and Merit Awards Ceremony

Service Honorees

Staff, faculty, and librarians will be honored at the ceremony for their five-year service milestones. Honorees will receive anniversary pins as well as digital badges. Service honorees will receive separate email notifications providing more information about their anniversaries at the beginning of October.

Tuition Exchange (TE) and Faculty and Staff Children Exchange Program (FACHEX): Applications Due Dec. 1

The TE and FACHEX programs offer eligible IRS tax-dependent children of full-time faculty, librarians, and staff the opportunity to apply for an undergraduate scholarship at participating institutions.

Please note that applying for a TE or FACHEX award does not guarantee admission to the institution or the awarding of a scholarship. Each participating school sets its own selection criteria, and the process is typically competitive.
