The Office of Antiracism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ADEI; pronounced Adé) supports the University of San Francisco’s commitment to academic excellence, community engagement, and institutional effectiveness, guided by the university’s Jesuit mission and values.

Working in partnership with colleges, schools, and administrative units, ADEI coordinates programs and initiatives that strengthen learning environments, support professional development, and foster connections across the university community.

ADEI serves as a central point of collaboration for efforts that promote belonging, thoughtful dialogue, and shared responsibility. Through events, fellowships, and campus partnerships, the office supports individuals and units in engaging constructively across differences and contributing to a vibrant, inclusive academic community.
