Strategic Plan Advisory Council

As envisioned in the strategic plan, the Strategic Plan Advisory Council (SPAC) is a widely representative body that advises the provost on coordinating the strategic plan implementation process, liaises across academic and administrative units, reviews the progress and deliverables of working groups for each of the strategic plan’s goals, and communicates progress on strategic planning implementation to the USF community. The Council includes faculty, librarians, staff, and students who represent each school, college, the Gleeson Library, and units across campus to ensure alignment with school/college level strategic plans.
