Parking Permit Cancellation
To cancel your parking permit, please contact the Public Safety office at parking@usfca.edu. Partial refunds will be processed either by credit or check. Faculty and staff who pay for their permit through payroll deduction should specify to stop payroll deductions once their permit is canceled.
Citation Appeals
Citation Appeals are now done completely online, by going to usf.thepermitstore.com and entering in your plate number or citation number in the area under "Pay Notices" where you can view your citation details, appeal, or pay.
Vehicle Storage Form
Please note that vehicles may not be stored in campus lots or parked in a lot for more than 72 hours at a time* without the authorization of a Campus Storage Form. Customers found in violation may not be eligible for parking permits in the future.
*Koret patrons may not store their vehicles in the USF lots. Koret parking permits are only valid while using the Koret gym facility, up to a maximum of 4 hours.
