Returning Students
Welcome back to USF!
We are excited you have chosen to return to the University of San Francisco to complete your degree. Former USF undergraduate students who have withdrawn from the university or were academically dismissed and wish to return to the University of San Francisco will need to submit an Undergraduate Returning Student Inquiry form. After review of your submission, students will be notified by the Office of the University Registrar of the decision.

After review of your submission and previous USF student record, if approved to return, you will receive an email notification directing you to complete a returning student application.

Graduate students who were previously enrolled at the University of San Francisco and wish to resume their studies must contact the Office of Graduate Admission. Please see the list below for the appropriate point of contact.
