Undergraduate Students

Students in the College of Arts and Sciences, School of Nursing and Health Professions, and School of Management should review the Next Steps: First-Year and Transfer Students website for important information.

Bachelor of Arts in Management students in the School of Management
Bachelor of Arts in Management (BAM) students may be eligible to take courses in the College of Arts and Sciences, School of Nursing and Health Professions, School of Management, and School of Education, provided course prerequisites are met and approval has been received from the appropriate school or college, BAM Program Director, Associate Program Director, or an Academic Success Coach in the Center for Academic and Student Achievement. Spring 2027 Important Dates & Deadlines*:

November 9, 2026: Continuing Graduate and Doctoral Student Registration begins (Please refer to Registration Schedule above).
November 16, 2026: Continuing Undergraduate Student Registration begins (Please refer to the Registration Schedule above).
January 2, 2027: Tuition due date for Spring. Methods of Payment.
January 24, 2027: Deadline to withdraw or take a leave of absence with 100% Tuition Refund. Students must comply with the university’s official withdrawal or leave of absence policies to be eligible for any refund of tuition and fees. See withdrawal refund policy and schedule.
January 25, 2027: Spring Classes begin.
February 12, 2027: Last Day to drop a course with 100% Refund (Note: Registration and Refund dates may vary by course. To find the Last Day to Drop with a 100% Refund date applicable to a specific course, please visit the Spring 2027 Course Registration Deadlines located at the top of the webpage or contact the Office of the University Registrar at (415) 422-7260 or registrar@usfca.edu for assistance.
April 12, 2027: Last Day to Drop Courses or Withdraw.
May 13, 2027: Spring Classes end.
May 15, 2027: Final Exams begin.
May 20, 2027: Final Exams end.
