Program Description

person holding trophyDo you ever feel like you’re holding yourself back? Are you missing the key on the lock of your success? Take part in this cohort-style workshop series that will give you the tools you need to be the source of your success, with whatever barrier(s) might be getting in the way.

This 5–week program focuses on 4 main distinctions: Integrity, Already Always Listening, Internal Dialogue, and Life Sentences.  Each week, participants will apply these distinctions to their lives and discover the roadblocks preventing them from being leaders and exercising leadership effectively.  By the end of the program, participants will have breakthroughs in these areas that leave them free to be and act.

The program is limited to 10 participants.

What you can expect to gain by participating:

  • With a renewed sense of self and feeling empowered and motivated to create change

  • Tangible progress in reducing the challenges they experience in their day-to-day lives through a personal project
  • Discover what gets in the way of connecting with people and honoring your word to yourself
  • Recognizing how what operates us internally, on a day-to-day basis, impacts our attitude, actions, and well-being
  • A network of friends who share a mission toward making progress on challenges in their lives

  • All undergraduate and graduate students at the University of San Francisco
