Self-Transformation and Empowerment Program (STEP)

What is something you always say you are going to do but always put off?  Over the next 12 weeks, we will discover what gets in the way, if anything, of you honoring your word to yourself.  Prepare to have a breakthrough in this area that leaves you feeling empowered, in action, and proud!

Program Description

person holding trophyDo you ever feel like you’re holding yourself back? Are you missing the key on the lock of your success? Take part in this cohort-style workshop series that will give you the tools you need to be the source of your success, with whatever barrier(s) might be getting in the way.

This 12–week program focuses on 4 main distinctions: Integrity, Already Always Listening, Internal Dialogue, and Life Sentences.  Each week, participants will apply these distinctions to their lives and discover the roadblocks preventing them from being leaders and exercising leadership effectively.  By the end of the program, participants will have breakthroughs in these areas that leave them free to be and act.
