Student Photography

SLE aims to capture student events and life on campus. By providing free photography services to recognized student organizations and departments hosting student-focused events, we hope to capture life in the Hilltop.

Request Event Coverage

Photography services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and based on our photographer's availability. The deadline to request Event Coverage is TWO weeks before your event is set to occur. Please complete the form below if your organization would like an event to be covered by one of our photographers. Upon submitting this form, our team will review your request and follow up. If you have multiple events you want to be covered, please fill out the form for each one individually.

Types of events typically accepted for coverage:

  • Recognized student organization on-campus events
  • Recognized student organization professional headshots
  • ASUSF funded events
  • Department student-focused events

Types of events not accepted:

  • Off-campus events 
  • Department professional headshots
  • Department faculty/staff-focused events

Confirmation of an SLE photographer means you, your student organization, or department are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

The event being photographed and/or video recorded for archival, educational, and related promotional purposes can be utilized. By requesting an SLE photographer, you will be responsible for letting your attendees or participants in this event know that they grant USF the full unrestricted rights to your photograph, voice, and likeness in any manner or media whatsoever worldwide for educational marketing purposes.

Photos from events we cover will be uploaded to the SLE Flickr account. Event coverage photos will be public and can be used by the USF community. SLE reserves the right to use any photos for promotional and marketing purposes. Please visit our Flickr page to see past events!
