CliftonStrengths was developed to benefit those seeking personal excellence in their life. Magis, a core value of our Jesuit identity, is about the pursuit of personal excellence. Naturally, CliftonStrengths provides opportunities for our students to better understand their unique talents as well as define pathways for refining their talents into strengths.  With their strengths in mind, they can apply toward them their endeavors as individuals and among the teams and communities they are part of.
