The emerging graduate student organization award is presented to a graduate student organization that has established itself in the past academic year. The organization has shown an immediate impact on graduate student life, participates in graduate student functions, and contributes to graduate student engagement through programming and tabling. Organizations nominated for this award also strive toward a long-term commitment to USF through the organization.

Eligibility
A registered graduate student organization with Student Leadership and Engagement that has been established within the past two academic years. Has shown active interest and commitment to contributing and increasing graduate student engagement. Has built strong relationships and gained respect from students, faculty, and staff.

The graduate student organization of the year award is presented to a graduate student organization that has consistently shown a significant impact on the graduate student community. The organization participates in graduate student functions, successfully plans campus-wide events, and contributes to the engagement of graduate students on diverse topics to create a holistic graduate education. Organizations nominated for this award have shown long-term commitment to USF.

Eligibility
A registered graduate student organization with Student Leadership and Engagement that has been established for at least two academic years. Has shown active contributions and commitment to contributing and increasing graduate student engagement. Has built strong relationships and gained respect from students, faculty, and staff.

The award is presented to a graduate student organization advisor who has been exemplary in their commitment to graduate students and organizations. They have shown commitment and engagement to the graduate student community through support and encouragement. Advisors nominated for this award have consistently participated in graduate student events and demonstrated commitment to the betterment of graduate student life.

An advisor to a registered graduate student organization with Student Leadership and Engagement. Has shown active contributions and commitment to supporting the growth of the graduate student organization. Has demonstrated a commitment to supporting the holistic growth and development of the organization membership.
