CIPE is comprised of the Offices of Planning & Budget, Institutional Research & Analytics, and Assessment & Accreditation Support. CIPE is the cornerstone for data warehousing and dissemination to support the University's initiatives, planning, and decision making.

Planning & Budget
The Office of Planning and Budget serves the institution's Strategic Priorities through budget development, financial analysis, and report dissemination, ensuring future plans support the Vision, Mission, and Values of the University of San Francisco.
Institutional Research & Analytics
The Office of Institutional Research & Analytics develops, organizes, maintains, analyzes, and reports institutional longitudinal data within CIPE with the close support of the division of Information Technology Services (ITS). The office is also charged with creating clear and actionable information through the use of innovative and dynamic reporting tools.
Assessment & Accreditation Support
Under the leadership of the Senior Vice Provost, the Office of Assessment & Accreditation Support (OAAS) in collaboration with other CIPE units contributes critical, timely, and accurate information about the students' holistic learning experiences needed to maintain and improve academic programs and student services.
