Freshman Graduation Rates are based on degree-seeking, first-time Freshmen (FTF)

Six-year Graduation Rates

This figure displays six-year graduation rates from 2004 to 2011. Since 2004, undergraduate first-time student graduation rates have ranged from 70% to 77%, undergraduate transfer student graduation rates have ranged from 76% to 81%, and graduate student graduation rates have ranged from 76%  to 86%.

Retention 

Our current retention reports track a specific cohort of degree-seeking undergraduates from their first to second year, broken down by different student-level and institutional-level characteristics. 

Freshman

USF has continually maintained their persistence of degree-seeking full-time, first-time Freshman (FTE) cohort from the first year to their second in the 80th percentile. 

Retention Rates

This figure depicts first-to-second fall retention rates from 2010 to 2016. Since 2010, retention rates for undergraduate first time students have ranged between 83%  and 87%, 84% and 88% for undergraduate transfer students, and 76% to 81% for graduate students.
