Saint Louis University participants, Karen and Anna, earn their minutes and our respect by braving the cold and walking around the south campus track. Hard core!

We have a grace period of Saturday, 3/1, 11:59 p.m. pst to enter our final minutes. Keep up the great work. It's not over until it's over, but Santa Clara has been leading for most of the month.

How are you earning your minutes?
Saint Joseph's Mark Brown Bundles Up and Walks
Cold temps don't keep Mark Brown, administrative coordinator in Saint Joseph's University's Department of Physical Therapy, from getting in his steps on his daily commute to/from SJU's University City location. "There's no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate clothing." (Sir Ranulph Fiennes) Layer and bundle up accordingly, and enjoy the walk!
Saint Joseph's Dr. Sheetal Parikh strikes a pose
Dr. Sheetal Parikh, Clinical Assistant Professor of Occupational Therapy, attends Hot Vinyasa Yoga at her local studio.
Creighton's Laura Olderog Shovels Snow
Laura Olderog has been earning a lot of minutes by shoveling snow a couple of times a day. Those minutes add up! Shoveling snow is a great full-body workout, engaging your core, legs, and back, making it a vigorous activity that can count as a serious exercise session.
Santa Clara's, Michael, Pounds the Pavement
SCU participant, Michael, shares how he's been moving, "I usually runs a 10K (minimum) on weeknights and half marathons on the weekends. It helps having a treadmill in the garage, and plenty of CLE videos to watch to pass the time. Evening walks with our dog Lady, who is a beneficiary of all these exercise minutes."
USF Group Climbs Towers
During lunchtime, Fr. Donal Godfrey, S.J. led our fearless group up 226 steps to the top of our beautiful St. Ignatius church.
USF's Katherine Green Walks on the Beach
Katherine Green, USF, earns her minutes by walking on the beach and taking in the sunset.
