February 1 - 28, 2025

Calling all Jesuit faculty and staff – mark your calendars for February 1, 2025, the start of the 13th annual Go Move Challenge in which AJCU institutions compete to determine which is the most active!

Challenge Details

Help your university win by recording your moderate to vigorous physical activity minutes on the GoMoveChallenge.org website throughout the month. The more you are physically active, the better the chance your university has of winning either of the two awards:

  1. The university with the most minutes
  2. The university with the highest average number of minutes per participant.
  3. There are also shout outs to the top university based on size. Visit GoMoveChallenge.org for more details.

While the challenge emphasizes the importance of physical wellness, it also reminds us to connect with our colleagues, our university, and the entire AJCU as we work towards a common goal. Please share your team building pictures and stories throughout the month on the challenge’s Facebook and Instagram pages with the hashtag #GoMoveChallenge.

Thank you to all  Jesuit institutions who have signed up to play in 2025! If your university would still like to participate, please contact Suzy Kisylia, the challenge administrator and Senior Health and Wellness Manager for the University of San Francisco. Previous champions.
