February 1, 2025 – Priority deadline to file 2025-2026 FAFSA

March 24, 2025 – Financial Aid award notices sent to admits with a completed 2025-26 FAFSA on file

April 1, 2025 – On campus housing application first priority deadline | Click here to apply

April 2025 – Preview Day for the Fall 2025 Entering Class

April 15, 2025 – Deadline for first $350 enrollment deposit

May 15, 2025 – Priority deadline to accept Financial Aid offer via MyUSF student portal

June 2025 – Alumni Welcome Reception

June 15, 2025 – On campus housing application second priority deadline | Click here to apply

June 15, 2025 – On Campus Housing Assignments Email Notification from the University Housing Office (SHARE)

June 20, 2025 – Deadline for second $350 enrollment deposit

June 20, 2025 – Student directory and digital picture due

July 2025 – Preliminary orientation information email notification

July 3, 2025 – Priority deadline to contact Disability Services for accommodations

July 14, 2025 – Fall 2025 tuition bill notice email notification

July 14, 2025 – Priority deadline to complete Financial Aid disbursement requirements for Fall 2025

July 2025 – Full-time parking application due

August 1, 2025 – Fall 2025 tuition due

August 1, 2025 – Official final undergraduate transcript due

August 1, 2025 – Section assignment email notification

August 15, 2025 – First Fall 2025 financial aid disbursements received from federal and private sources

August 18, 2025 – Orientation (Attendance is mandatory and will contribute to your overall attendance grade for the semester.)

August 25, 2025 – First financial aid refunds processed. Students enrolled in direct deposit should see funds arrive in back account 2-5 business days after this date

August 25, 2025 – First day of formal classes for all law students
