Non-Partisan Resources

We are happy to share some of our top non-partisan resources to help support you in your decisionmaking before election day.

Ballot Ready is the premier resource for all things voter registration, making a plan to vote, and researching every candidate and measure on the ballot. This is a good resource for CA voters or out-of-state voters.

Primary Election Toolkit brought to you by SF Department of Elections is what we are directing SF voters to give them a customized voting plan with videos and helpful guides

Vote411 has very helpful California voting FAQs, resources, and information

SF League of Women Voters ProCon Guide The LWVSF always produces an amazing pro-con nonpartisan guide on propositions on the ballot. This is helpful for SF voters in particular.

CalMatters releases a very easy-to-use primer on the election (state, local, federal) which can be very helpful to students. It's an easy platform where you can see various candidates who are running for office at any of those levels of government, explore who the biggest funding donors are, candidate policy priorities, and endorsement data, etc.
