Health Requirements for Health Professions Based Programs

The following is a brief overview of the account set-up instructions for health profession programs that include required clinical training (i.e., practicum, externship, internship).

(This requirement does not apply to Masters in Public Health and Digital Health Informatics programs)

Clinical Psychology (PsyD)

Please follow the following steps in order to set up your CastleBranch profile, set up your mandatory background check and drug test, and submit any required documentation before the deadline. Health Requirements are based on a case-by-case basis for health professions programs. Please note that USF requires all students undertaking a degree program that includes a clinical placement to undergo a background check and drug test.

5. Click on the order code sent to you via your program administrator. If you have not received an email with your program's code, please contact your program administrator.
