Supervisors must submit an EPAF with enough time for the department and Student Employment approval levels to be completed by the EPAF approval date, in order for the student employee to receive a paycheck on the corresponding payday.
All student employees, except those working off-campus, must submit timesheets through the E-Timesheet system. See the E-Timesheets page for more information. Students working off campus in an approved work-study position must complete a paper timesheet and submit the approved timesheet to Student Employment by 4:00pm on the due date.
Timesheets must be completed and submitted as soon as possible on or after the last work day of the pay period. Late submission will result in a missed payday and a resulting payment delay until the next pay date.
