2024 Performance Reviews
As part of the University’s overall Performance Management Program for non-union employees and OPE staff, the formal performance evaluation is a summary of the year-long communication between employees and supervisors. The University requires performance evaluations to take place on an annual basis as an employment requirement.
The non-union staff evaluation period will begin on Jan. 6, 2025. The OPE evaluation period will begin in March 2025.
2024 Non-union staff evaluation period:
- Jan. 6 – Jan. 24: Employee completes self-evaluation.
- Jan. 27-Feb. 21: Manager completes employee evaluation.
- Feb. 24-March 7: Manager’s manager reviews and signs the evaluation.
- March 10-March 21: Manager meets with employee to review appraisal and complete signatures.
Eligibility - Annual Increase
Eligibility to receive an increase, if the budget allows, requires that you complete the performance review process for yourself and (if applicable) for your direct reports. This means completing your self-evaluation and evaluations for your direct reports, ensuring that they have finished the entire review cycle and that you've completed your one-on-one meetings with them. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Those employees who receive a Needs Development rating will not be eligible to receive an annual increase, if applicable.
