A Top Mover

Joe Wardzala: Loyola University Chicago

To date, Joe is one of our top movers.  He has tracked over 6000 minutes! He is in ITS and shares his motivation to move below.

"This year's Go Move Challenge is in memory of my wife, Susan, who passed away last June. I have been walking at least 2.5 hours a day. I also use an app called Fitbod which is for weight training, which I do 2 hours a day. Some days I do more, some less."
