The Recreational Sports Department provides training to USF students interested in working various utility positions at the Koret Health and Recreation Center. Utility positions include Workout Floor Attendant, Check-In Desk Attendant, IM Scorekeeper, Social Media Ambassador, Special Event Staff, and Trip Leader. Must be available to work a minimum of 6 hours per week, and commit to a consistent weekly schedule for the duration of the semester. During the school year the facility is open weekdays (6am-10pm) and weekends (8am-8pm). We are currently fully staffed for all utility positions for spring, however you are welcome to add your availability to the Spring/Summer Recruitment Wait List (we will contact you if a position becomes available that matches your interest and availability).
The Recreational Sports Department is currently seeking certified lifeguards to fill various shifts at the Koret Health and Recreation Center. The Koret pool is open weekdays (6am-9pm) and weekends (8am-6pm). If you have previously worked as a lifeguard, but your certification has expired, please contact usfaquatics@gmail.com to learn about upcoming lifeguard certification courses hosted in the Koret pool.

The Rec Sports Department is currently seeking a head coach for the following club sport teams:

We are seeking certified personal trainers, who are ready to motivate, inspire, and coach clients to achieve their self-care, health and wellness goals. We are also seeking qualified instructors to teach group fitness classes including (but not limited to) Zumba, total body conditioning, boxing conditioning, interval training, HIIT, strength training, TRX, indoor cycling, dance, yoga and Pilates Mat.
