Adaline is a Masters of Public Health graduate student at USF, concentrating in Behavioral Health. She has worked with students for the past 6 years, assistant teaching for health and wellness classes and recently helping students navigate Covid-19. She enjoys conversations about mental, physical and social health, with a special interest in reducing stress, creating supportive routines and increasing joyful movement. Adaline enjoys exploring the city and getting outdoors to cycle, swim, or roller-skate!
