Kristina Abella is a first-generation graduate student pursuing her Master's in Public Health with a concentration in Behavioral Health. She is deeply committed to supporting others in cultivating healthy relationships with food and themselves. She believes that everyone should enjoy their cultural dishes without shame or guilt. Kristina loves all fruits, especially tropical ones such as mangos, papaya, rambutan, pineapples, and passionfruit. In her free time, Kristina can be found at a local farmer's market or with her family in the South Bay. She looks forward to supporting USF students wherever they are in their health and wellness journey.
