Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius in Daily LifeongoingLearn More

The spiritual exercises of St. Ignatius are at the heart of Ignatian Spirituality. The 19th Annotation — sometimes called an Ignatian Retreat in Daily Life — is a version of these spiritual exercises designed for people who cannot be away for 30 days. 

The exercises are offered over the school year at USF to faculty, staff, and librarians. Retreatants engage in daily meditation and receive spiritual direction. Doing the exercises is a serious commitment requiring discernment.
