To Book Equipment for your event outside of our main performance venues, please contact the STAGES coordinator and be ready to fill out the form below with what you would like to borrow.

Our inventory of bookable equipment is subject to change and availability and all costs for damages are liable to the group borrowing. Some equipment REQUIRES that a qualified technician, certified by STAGES, is present for transport, load in, operations, and strike of that equipment.

No equipment can be borrowed without first meeting with STAGES staff for a Production Meeting.

By Signing above the Signee takes on full responsibility for the equipment listed above and authorizes the charging of repairs, replacement or cleaning for any damages. Late returns are subject to 1% of the full price of each borrowed item per day late.
