Success Coach Drop-In Hours

Each USF undergraduate student is assigned to a CASA academic success coach. You can find out who your success coach is in your Student Hub, under "My Success Team".

You can make an appointment with your coach, or you can visit any success coach during their regular drop-in hours without an appointment.

Note: Drop-in hours are best suited for quick questions or time-sensitive situations, and conversations may need to be limited to 10 or 15 minutes depending on how many students are waiting. For a more complex issue or to develop a detailed strategy for success, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment with your dedicated CASA coach. This allows us more time to get to know you, understand your specific goals, and create a personalized plan to ensure your academic journey is smooth and successful.

Fall 2024 In Person Hours (08/26 - 11/22)

Starting this Fall 2024 semester, CASA is offering in person drop-ins in our CASA lobby located on the University Center third floor. Have a quick question? Students can stop by to talk to a success coach every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:45am to 12:45pm. For more complex questions/issues, we encourage you to make an appointment with your success coach.
