Success Coach Drop-In Hours
Each USF undergraduate student is assigned to a CASA academic success coach. You can find out who your success coach is in your Student Hub, under "My Success Team".
You can make an appointment with your coach, or you can visit any success coach during their regular drop-in hours without an appointment.
Note: Drop-in hours are best suited for quick questions or time-sensitive situations, conversations may need to be limited to 10 - 15 minutes. For a more complex issue or to develop a detailed strategy for success, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment with your dedicated CASA coach. This allows us more time to get to know you, understand your goals, and create a personalized plan to ensure your academic journey is smooth and successful.
