COVID-19 Training Modules (EVERFI/Canvas)
The COVID-19 CANVAS Course will be phased out this Spring 2021 semester. In summer 2021, the EVERFI Course will be required for all students to complete regardless of whether they will be coming to campus or not.
The COVID-19 course(s) have been designed to provide you with important information and facts about COVID-19, effective strategies to protect yourself and others, and information to prepare you for returning to our USF campus and contributing to making our community as safe as possible.
Students who are admitted in the summer will receive their invitation at the beginning of their first Fall semester when their course becomes available. Students who fail to complete the course by their deadlines will be charged a $100 late fine. If you do not receive your invitation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
For technical support, please contact Everfi at (866) 384-9062 or online through this link.
Download Certificate of completion
After you finish the course, we strongly recommend you download a copy of your certificate of completion for your records.
Currently this Spring 2021, all Essential Housing Students (EHS) are required to have monthly COVID-19 testing. COVID-19 testing is provided on campus by GoHealth Urgent Care, in partnership with Dignity Health. This is crucial that we take this critical step to evaluate campus health to ensure the safety of our students.
Students will be notified via email by Health Promotion Services (HPS) and Student Housing and Residential Education (SHaRE) regarding the monthly testing procedures and expectations.
San Francisco Testing Options
Please notify Natalie Macias at email@example.com if you have any further questions.
California is allocating COVID-19 vaccines as they become available to the population. Vaccinations are prioritized by age and risk. You can check to see if you are eligible for the vaccine at:
If you have received your COVID-19 vaccine, either dose 1 and/or 2, please upload all vaccine results to Med+Proctor.
Dons Health Check
The Dons Health Check survey is a daily requirement to be completed by all students who are approved to come to USF campuses through the myUSF portal. The purpose of this is to keep our onsite population healthy through tracking daily health checks in order to identify any symptoms of illness early on, thereby limiting the viral spread of COVID-19 at USF.
To access the Dons Health Check, log on the USF Mobile application and the Student Hub.
