United Educators
To support a safe, respectful, and informed campus community, all new incoming students are required to complete mandatory online training through United Educators during their first semester.
United Educators
The UE training provides important information about students’ rights and responsibilities, including understanding consent, recognizing and preventing sexual misconduct, and making informed decisions related to alcohol use. Completion of this training also helps the University meet federal compliance requirements.
Because the training includes sensitive topics, some content may bring up an emotional response. Students who feel uncomfortable, concerned, or in need of support are encouraged to contact, Jenny Lee, Associate Director, at jlee112@usfca.edu.
Fall and Spring Deadlines
Students who have registered for the Fall 2026 semester will receive an invitation starting July 14, 2026. Please contact Health Promotion Services at hps@usfca.edu if you have any questions about this mandatory course requirement.
- Fall semester: August 15 at 5 p.m.
- Spring semester: January 15 at 5 p.m.
Completing Course Requirements:
We recommend using the Google Chrome browser to complete the program, as well as making sure you are in a location with strong Wi-Fi connectivity as the training is meant to be highly interactive. Please check your course requirements below.
About Fines
Students who fail to complete the course by their deadlines will be charged a $100 fine.
If you have been fined for not completing the course by the deadline, you can send the certificate of completion to hps@usfca.edu to reverse the fine within the semester you were assigned to take the course.
