Share Your Experience: How do you move?

Who: Michelle Schmahl, Xavier University

"I am participating in the Feb. Go Move Challenge. I am earning my minutes with a variety of activities. I am training for the full Flying Pig Marathon in May and have been earning minutes by completing my training for the marathon. I will also be in a sports competition and have been weight training and completing HIIT workouts in preparation for that. What I really like about the challenge is the competitive nature and ability to compete for prizes. (I really like the year when participants were able to receive Xavier University shoes). Seeing my colleagues and their minutes is motivation for me to keep going as well. Even on days when I just want to relax, I remember that and push through. I look forward to the challenge every year!"
