This Human Resources site compiles all sorts of useful information related to dealing with Covid-19 as an employee and working parent including information about policies, leave options, and childcare resources.  There is also an FAQ page.

USF Family Resources During Covid-19
Human Resources has also assembled this Covid-19 resource page especially for families.  The page contains childcare resources, virtual learning resources, eldercare resources, ideas for connecting during shelter-in-place, ideas for family well-being during Covid-19, and other resources.

CONCERN Employee Assistance Program
USF's Employee Assistance program is available to anyone living in your household.  They can help with mental health resources, child care and elder care referrals, and they have tip sheets for employees and supervisors.

Working Parents Resource Sharing / Q&A with HR Meeting
The USF Parents Group, HR, GoUSF, PACSW, and the Staff Community Group co-hosted a session with HR in August 2020 to provide information and answer questions regarding polices and resources related to dealing with the Covid-19 crisis as a working parent.  Click on the link above to watch the recording.  You can also view an audio transcript of the recording.

President's Advisory Council on the Status of Women (PACSW)
The President's Advisory Council on the Status of Women reports to the President and is available to advocate for the needs of women at the university, which are particularly pressing during this difficult time.  In addition to an annual co-mentoring program (which is currently full for Fall 2020), they host monthly Women of USF discussions to provide a forum for women-identified faculty and staff to connect with colleagues across the university for discussions dedicated to our experiences at USF and beyond.  You can sign up to be added to the Women of USF monthly meeting invitations.

Children's Council of San Francisco
This organization provides childcare referrals and workshops to help parents navigate the process of finding care.  They have continued to be very active during the Covid-19 crisis.  They have a comprehensive website with an online child care finder and also provide information on afterschool programs and summer camps.

California Child Care Resource and Referral Network
For those of you seeking care outside of San Francisco County, this site can help you locate the childcare resource and referral agency for your county.  For example, this site covers Child Care Referrals for part of the East Bay.

Facebook Support Groups for Parents
Check out Facebook to connect with fellow parents and share resources.  For example, this Tech Tutorials for Students & Parents sheet to help students and parents navigate distance learning was recently shared in the SFUSD Support Group for Families of Current SFUSD Students.  I believe the document was created by local teacher, Rob Bonifacio.

SF Private School Parents can check out SF Private School Support GroupMain Street Mamas has groups for a number of Bay Area counties, including SF.  I've heard of a group called Pandemic Pods trying to connect parents with each other to form distance learning pods.  And, I've not yet been admitted to join, but there is a Coronavirus (COVID-19) Support for Bay Area Families.  Search for local groups in your areas.  Note - anytime you request to join a Facebook group, make sure to answer whatever questions they ask you when you request to join.  That will usually expedite your membership request.
