A lot of local camps use Care.com explore to list their camps and have parents register for them.  You can create a free account and search for options by the weeks you need, how old your kid is, and other factors.

Koret Kids Camp
For those of you looking for a super convenient option, USF's Koret Health & Recreation Center offers a summer camp for kids 5-10 years old right on campus.  I have heard there are some other sports camps that happen on campus too - check Sherri's spreadsheet above to see if they are listed.
