BASE Newsletter

The BASE e-newsletter the student campus-wide newsletter sent to all Black-identified undergraduate and graduate students at the beginning of each month during the academic year. The BRC Newsletter features programs, workshops, and initiatives sponsored by the Black Resource Center, a component of the Black Achievement Success and Engagement (BASE) initiative, events coordinated by Black clubs and organizations, and other USF departments.

Submission Deadline
Please submit the details of your event(s) on the 20th of each month for the following month's newsletter (Submit January 20th for February newsletter) This timing ensures the event can be reviewed and confirmed for inclusion in the newsletter.

Event Submission Guidelines
Individual Forms for Multiple Events: If you have more than one event, please complete a separate form for each.
Eligibility: Only events hosted by a registered Student Organization will be considered.
Frequency of Posting: Events are generally posted once in the newsletter.
