Required Immunizations
- Initial COVID-19 vaccine(s)
- MMR (2 doses, one month apart)
- Hepatitis B vaccine or test showing immunity for all students
While the COVID-19 booster is highly recommended, no hold or fine will be placed on your account if you choose not to get it.
Exclusions
- Students in online programs
- Domestic students born before January 1, 1957 are excluded only from the MMR and Hepatitis B requirement.

- Tuberculosis test taken in the last 12 months. Students with a positive TB test are required to submit a result of chest x-ray.

Nursing students are required to submit other health requirements documentation to the School of Nursing and Health Professions via a Castle Branch account.
