The NCHA Survey

In Spring 2025, USF students were invited to participate in the National College Health Assessment (NCHA), a confidential survey designed to assess student health behaviors and improve campus wellness programs. This survey was organized by the American College Health Association (ACHA) on behalf of the Title IX Office and Health Promotion Services.

Survey Results

Respondents included 615 undergraduate students and 364 graduate students, resulting in a 12% institutional response rate and making this the largest data set collected in recent years. The results highlight both strengths in campus health and safety, as well as opportunities for continued growth. Guided by a core Jesuit value, cura personalis, or care for the whole person, we use the NCHA data as an essential tool to inform, shape, and strengthen our ongoing efforts.
