The NCHA Survey

In Spring 2025, USF students were invited to participate in the National College Health Assessment (NCHA), a confidential survey designed to assess student health behaviors and improve campus wellness programs. This survey was organized by the American College Health Association (ACHA) on behalf of the Title IX Office and Health Promotion Services. 

Confidentiality & Support

Participation was voluntary and confidential, and no identifiable data will be shared with USF.

Some questions in this survey addressed sensitive topics such as illegal substance use, interpersonal violence, and sexual behavior, which may have caused discomfort. If you would like to speak with someone for support regarding any of these issues, please contact:
