To ensure all students receive their required immunizations, our department offers immunization clinics each semester with the UCSF Health Stanyan Hospital and Hyde Hospital.

Top Immunization Links
These services will be offered:
- Students can drop in anytime to get information about the required Hepatitis B and MMR vaccines, as well as the Tuberculosis (TB) test.
- Students covered under the USF student health insurance plan can drop in for a copy of their insurance card.
- HPS staff will be available to answer questions regarding USF immunizations or the health insurance policy.

For USF Faculty and Staff
If you are a USF faculty or staff member interested in using this immunization clinic, please review the important insurance information below regarding your coverage:
- Anthem members: Please ensure to you present your Anthem insurance card so that UCSF Health can send your claim to Anthem for processing.
- Kaiser members: Immunizations received at Health Promotion Services' Immunization Clinics will not covered, so you will be billed for the full cost of any services received.
