Black Student Orientation
Black Student Orientation 2022
The USF Black Student Orientation (BSO) is designed by Black students, faculty, and staff to welcome new Black students and their family members to the USF Black experience. We plan to provide a program to facilitate a smooth transition to college life, acclimate students to on and off-campus resources, address the specific and particular needs of African American/Black students at USF and build community with Black students, families, faculty, and staff.
The BSO Intern and BSO Volunteer positions are an incredible on-campus leadership experience that will provide opportunities for you to:
- Meet and engage with faculty, staff, and senior university administrators
- Gain extensive knowledge of USF
- Refine and enhance your leadership skills
- Interact with incoming new Black students and their families
- Create lasting friendships and memories
Application deadline is Monday, May 9 at 11:59 PM PT.
Please feel free to email Lamonte Stamps at lstamps@usfca.edu with any questions you might have about these student leadership positions.
