Menstrual Health

Menstrual health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease, in relation to the menstrual cycle.

Period Equity Project | RSVP NOW

The goal of the Period Equity Project is to provide menstrual education to reduce stigma, empower menstruators and menstrual allies, and enhance overall well-being. By providing comprehensive information about menstrual health, anatomy, and hygiene practices, students are empowered to understand and care for their bodies. These sessions will enable individuals to make informed choices about their reproductive health, leading to greater autonomy and agency, while challenging the status quo to become agents of change in society. We hope you will join us in transforming the culture around menstruation in the USF community and beyond.
