Handshake Account Access
Alumni may continue to use Handshake resources with their @usfca.edu email (Note: Handshake always requires you to drop the “dons” from your email address in order to login). Handshake allows access to jobs, internships, career workshops, and employer events and information sessions. Alumni appointments with a Career Counselor can be self scheduled. If you have questions, please call 415-422-6216 or email careerservices@usfca.edu.
Alumni who attended USF from Fall 2014 to the present already have a Handshake account accessed by your “@usfca.edu” email. If you are an alumnus who attended or graduated before Fall 2014, please contact our office to create an account.
Please note: Handshake job postings are primarily intended for current students and recent grads so may not be relevant for alumni more than 3 years out.
New Graduates (alumni less than 1 year after graduation)
Recent alumni can make appointments with a career counselor for the first 12 months after graduation!
Alumni (more than 1 year after graduation)
Alumni more than one year past graduation receive two (30 minute) appointments or one (60 minute) mock interview with a career counselor per calendar year.
