- Transcripts must be sent to CGE directly from your host university.
- Once the CGE receives your transcript, we will email a copy to you and send the original to the Registrar's Office.
- If you do not hear from us after a few months of the end of your program, it your responsibility to follow up with your transcript by contacting the CGE or host program directly.

Credits
Do not forget to complete another online Petition to Enroll at Another Institution (PEAI) form if you changed your course schedule while you were abroad. Include any courses that you did not list on the preliminary PEAI. It is your responsibility to obtain these equivalencies in a timely manner. The Student Enrollment Services Office cannot process your transfer credit until we have equivalencies for every class taken while abroad.
Grades
The Center for Global Education cannot change grades. If there is a discrepancy or disagreement about a grade, you must communicate with the professor at the host institution/program to resolve the dispute.
Sponsored program participants – Courses, Credits and grades will be calculated in your USF transcript and GPA.
External program participants – Pre-approved credits will transfer back to USF and courses may fulfill USF graduation requirements, but will not appear on your USF transcript. Grades will not be calculated in your USF GPA.
