Forklift Safety Program

Forklifts

Cal OSHA's Powered Industrial Truck Operator (Title 8, General Industry Safety Order 3668) requires that individuals expected to operate industrial vehicles receive proper training regarding operation and risks of that vehicle.

All forklift truck operators must complete initial training and be evaluated for operation performance prior to being assigned to operate a forklift truck.

Refresher performance evaluation is required every three (3) years.
