Fire Life Safety

Cal OSHA's Fire Prevention Plan (Title 8, General Industry Safety Order 3221) requires that proper fire prevention practices be taken to create a fire safe environment.

Fires and explosions are hazards for individuals not just in construction sites and industrial spaces, but in office and living spaces as well. Any place could potentially catch fire. It is required that all campus buildings be up to Fire Life Safety requirements. It is advised to become aware of fire prevention techniques and to understand the importance of fire evacuation maps.
