Menstrual Health
Menstrual health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease, in relation to the menstrual cycle.
Period Equity Project
The Period Equity Project provides menstrual education to reduce stigma, empower menstruators and menstrual allies, and enhance overall well-being. We hope you will join us in transforming the culture around menstruation in the USF community and beyond.
For questions or additional information regarding menstrual education workshops, please contact Health Promotion Services at hps@usfca.edu.
